At toolove.online, we respect the highly personal nature of your private memories, photos, and messages. This Privacy Policy details what information we collect, how it is processed, and our automatic security protocols designed to keep your creations confidential.
2. What We Collect
We collect minimal registration data (verified email or phone numbers) to validate your account. While customizing, we save your template configurations, recipient name, messages, and uploaded photos (temporarily compressed and stored in Cloudflare storage buckets).
3. How We Use Your Information
Your data is used solely to generate, host, and render your custom greeting pages at unique, secure URLs. If you set up interactive proposal or RSVP cards, we record user button clicks and geolocation indicators so you can view telemetry insights from your private dashboard.
4. Automatic Deletion
We do not store drafts indefinitely. Any incomplete, unpaid card drafts stored on our database server are automatically purged and permanently deleted after 30 days of inactivity.
5. No Post-Payment Editing
Once you complete checkout and activate your card, the data is frozen. There is no post-payment editing. This security lock ensures that URLs remain stable, prevents content tampering after links have been shared with recipients, and optimizes edge caching.
6. What We Don’t Do
We do not sell, rent, or monetize your personal photos, messages, or emails. We do not use your private greeting content for advertising, marketing, or training machine learning models.
7. Sharing Your Creations
Your custom pages are public to anyone who possesses the unique generated sub-link (/v/cardId). We encourage you to send these links only to your intended recipients. We do not index custom client links on search engines.
8. Data Security
All connections to our platform are encrypted via SSL/TLS. Uploaded files are served securely using Cloudflare CDN edges. We maintain strict access control logs and database security protocols.
