1. Your Account
To customize and purchase greeting cards on toolove.online, you must establish an account using a valid email address or mobile number verified via OTP (One-Time Password). You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and secure. All activities occurring under your account are your sole responsibility.
2. Creating Templates
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive license to use our proprietary templates (Proposal, Anniversary, Confetti Birthday, Scrapbook, Apology Puppy) for creating personal interactive greeting pages. You are permitted to share the resulting direct URLs with your friends, family, and recipients.
3. Post-Payment Edit Requests
To preserve system integrity, keep direct URLs permanent, and prevent abuse, we do not support editing or modifying card content after payment has been completed. All customizations (uploaded photos, recipient name, messages, and music selection) are permanently baked into the link once activated. Please review your custom preview thoroughly before completing the checkout process.
4. Payments & Refunds
Pricing for premium templates is billed in USD or INR equivalents depending on local integrations. All payments are processed through secure checkout gateways (such as Stripe). All activations are final and non-refundable, except in verified cases of technical failures. Please refer to our Refund Policy for detailed conditions.
5. Content Responsibility
You retain all rights to the text, memories, and photos you upload. However, by uploading content, you grant toolove.online a limited license to store, process, and serve that content for rendering your active greeting pages. You guarantee that you hold the legal right to upload all images, text, and data, and that it does not infringe on third-party intellectual property rights.
6. Data Retention
Unpaid drafts remaining in local browser cache or in server temporary records are subject to automatic cleanup and deletion after 30 days. Active paid cards will be retained online permanently, subject to standard domain/hosting maintenance constraints, or unless you request manual removal of your account and related records.
7. Prohibited Content
You may not use toolove.online to create, store, or distribute any offensive, defamatory, harassing, hateful, threatening, obscene, sexually explicit, or illegal materials. We reserve the right to review, suspend, or permanently delete any cards or accounts found violating this rule without any warning or refund.
8. Limitation of Liability
toolove.online is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operations. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services, or from unauthorized access to your account.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will become effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
